Who am I?
My name is Rolien Scheepbouwer (biography) I was born in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, in the year of 1965. I started my sports career with horseback riding then moved on to track and field, dancing, cheerleading, fitness and bodybuilding. Today I am very much into kick/thaiboxing and other martial arts and use weight training to stay lean and strong. I am a strong believer in core training, and keep improving myself by taking trainingcourses and going to seminars to stay on top of it all.

I am a licensed Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer (Fit!vak, Fysiophysics) as well as a certified Nutritionist. Furthermore I took courses to be able to train with people with chronic neck/shoulder/ back problems and also people that suffer from Diabetes. My number one goal is to help people, especially women, finding more balance in their life, to become stronger and (more) healthy. Whether this means getting back into shape, losing or gaining weight, building a more muscular physique or taking your exercise program to a higher level, I can help you and motivate you to reach your own personal goals. We can achieve them through weighttraining, coretraining, various cardio workouts and (kick)boxing.

WHAT exactly is 'PERSONAL TRAINING'?
Today almost all celebrities have their own Personal Trainer. But what exactly is PT? What can it do for you and why should you need one?

Personal Training is the individual coaching of clients on their journey to achieving their own personal goals by means of different kind of work outs, mental coaching and nutritional advice. A good PT is an experienced and licensed fitnessinstructor who has taken specialised courses and training to become the best professonial coach he or she can be. The pt coaches a client on a 'one-on-one' basis for a longer period of time which will lead eventually to a change of behaviour with the client. Because of this change he or she can reach their goal(s).

If you dont live in Amsterdam or if you prefer to train by yourself that's no problem. I have written a special High Intensity Program that you can follow through the internet. It's called The Flat Belly Plan and it lasts for 12 weeks. You will receive your personal schedule weekly by email as well as very useful tips and advice. For only   125,- you will get a slimmer and firmer body, you will feel fitter and healthier and you will know how to stay that way for the rest of your life!

Move to Improve

So PT can be life changing and is much more than just doing an intense workout with somebody. People's mind and bodies work together, so it's necessary to adress much more than just your physical health. Since you can't change behaviour of 30, 40 years overnight, this will take some time. And it demands commitment on both parts! If we decide to work together you will get my full attention every hour that we train, and I will guide and advice you whenever I can. To help you understand this is serious business, you will need to sign my 'Terms of Conditions' before we start working together.

Nutrition is a big part of your results so we are going to focus on that too. I can teach you how to eat properly so that you will 'feed' your body instead of depriving or starving it. If I can make you experience how good it feels to work 'with' your body, instead of against it, you will eventually be able to do it all by yourself. It is not my goal to make you depend on me. I just want to show you the way to a strong, healthy body and a happy mind.

You can make an appointment for a one hour nutritional advice or kickboxtraining. Personal training is for a longer period of time and I offer several packages with discounts or bonusses.
